ComHome Pro (the "App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information when you use the App.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
1.1 No Account Required
The App does not require user registration or login. We do not collect:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Usernames or passwords
- Any other account-related information
1.2 API Key Handling
- Your AI API key is encrypted and stored locally on your device only
- We do not have access to, receive, or store your API key on our servers
- Your API key is never transmitted to us
- When using AI features, your API key is sent directly to your chosen AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude) via secure connection
1.3 Images and Content
- User-uploaded images and AI-generated results are processed locally or sent directly to your selected AI provider
- We do not receive, store, or have access to your images or generated content on our servers
- All image processing occurs either on-device or through your own AI account
2. Limited Information We Collect
The App is designed to minimize data collection. The information we may collect includes:
2.1 Technical Diagnostics (Optional)
- Anonymous crash logs and error reports (if you choose to share)
- App version and device model (for compatibility purposes only)
2.2 Advertising Identifiers
We display advertisements through third-party advertising partners (currently Google AdMob, subject to change). These partners may collect and use:
- Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) - a unique, user-resettable identifier for personalized advertising
- Device information (model, OS version, carrier)
- IP address
- App usage data related to ad interactions
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of ads personalization"
2.3 No Other Tracking
We do not use additional analytics tools or tracking cookies beyond what our advertising partners use for advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party AI Services
When you use AI features in the app, the content you provide — including images, text prompts, and related metadata — may be sent directly from your device to a third-party AI service provider (such as Gemini or Qwen, etc.) to generate the requested results.
Before any data is transmitted, the app will clearly inform you and request your explicit consent.
These third-party services process your data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We do not store, reuse, or use this data for any other purposes.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of your selected AI provider for more information about how they handle your data.
4. Third-Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising services (currently Google AdMob) to display ads in the App. These services may use collected data to personalize ads based on user interests.
We may change advertising partners in the future. The current partner's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy:

5. Data Security
- Your API key is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (e.g., Keychain/Keystore) and stored only on your device
- All communications with AI providers use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- We implement security measures to protect the App, but we do not handle your sensitive data
6. Your Rights and Control
Since we do not collect or store your personal data:
- No account deletion is required
- To "delete" your data, simply uninstall the App (this removes your locally stored API key)
- You can revoke or regenerate your API key at any time through your AI provider's dashboard
- You can opt out of personalized ads through your device system settings
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 9. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and take effect immediately upon publication.
